SONS OF (*ITCHES) GUNS
The TV series Sons of Guns was canceled after the main gunsmith, Will Hayden, was arrested and booked for child molestation. Now, two others on that show, Kristafor Ford and Stephanie Hayden Ford (daughter of Will Hayden), have been arrested. That’s because Stephanie let her husband, Kristafor, beat on her 9-year-old son.

A SCREWY THING TO HAPPEN
Vicki Hicks of Sydney, Australia, had no idea what caused her pet duck, Ducka, to walk lopsidedly. When Ducka coughed up a nail, Vicki rushed her to veterinarian Hamish Baron of the Avian Reptile and Exotic Animal Hospital. There, Dr. Baron took an X-ray, which showed a fistful of screws and washers the little “quack” had swallowed, probably because they glistened. Multiple surgeries were required to remove them one by one, taking a total of five hours.

A PERPETUATION OF IGNORANCE
While many countries progress in the 21st century, many laws in Middle-Eastern countries let religion rule over common sense. An example concerns rape, where families often disown a victim, no matter how young. In many cases, they’re even murdered by a male family member. Recently, a mullah was sentenced to 20 years for raping a 10-year-old, which is extremely rare. Even in this case, the child’s family was heard planning to kill her to protect their name.
