Hip-hop’s favorite stoner of the moment is without a doubt the extremely talented Wiz Khalifa. And believe Wiz likes his weed, naming his latest album Rolling Papers and past a previous mixtape Kush (a strain of Cannabis indica) & Orange Juice. Wiz is such an outstanding member of the bud community that last year Cannapedia, the Wikipedia of Cannabis, awarded him his very own strain of weed adeptly named “Wiz Khalifa Kush.” Being a two-time Grammy nominee and a Billboard Music Award winner has given Wiz the time and money to be able to travel all around the world and indulge in his favorite pastime. But when asked where he finds the best stuff Wiz let the world know “Cali has the best weed ever.” Schwarzenegger must be proud.
Island Groovin’
The new princess of pop Rihanna also is not shy about her affinity for the greenery. The chart topping diva is regularly caught by paparazzi getting in touch with her inner Bob Marley. She is even known to Tweet out pictures of herself enjoying the ganja, which surprisingly hasn’t stopped NIVEA, Armani, Cover Girl or Vita Coco from being the face of their brands. Well you know what they say, “Smoke ‘em if you got ‘em.”
Vampires Smoke Pot Too
Although she has yet to drop an album, Twilight star Kristen Stewart can sure fill a bowl. The A-List actress has often made light of her Cheech & Chong comparisons saying, “I’m kind of a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot… Big deal.” You would think since vampires smoke pot they would be a lot more laid back.
Weed Makes Them Dance
Boy band alumnus Justin Timberlake told Playboy magazine in 2011 that he “absolutely” smokes weed and added, “Sometimes I have a brain that needs to be turned off…some people are just better high.” Ok JT that may be true but then again Charles Manson was higher than a space satellite and he’s bat sh*t crazy. Lady Gaga also weighed in on the weed debate on 60 Minutes saying that “I smoke a lot of pot when I write music.” Thank God no kids listen to her…oh wait.
