TV: Pac-12
Sun Devil Stadium – Tempe

For the past week everyone including die hard Buffs fans are talking about “The Shove” from Head Coach Mike MacIntyre against one of his assistants during last Saturday’s loss to Oregon. I wont! I want to discuss how the Buffs can and will beat the Sun Devils in Tempe. Yes, I said they will win and this is the game plan. Hey coach, I hope your reading this one!

Offense
First it starts with quarterback play. The Buffaloes have one of the best quarterbacks in the Pac-12. Take the reigns off of him. Allow him to play his game in a controlled form. Let’s not take the 5-yard passes to the receivers and backs. Let’s stretch the field. If your going to be labeled soft as an offense, well break the mold. You have three running backs that can play anywhere in the country. So, run the ball until the kid gets tired. You have two more backs in line. Allow Sefo Liufau to get the ball in the hands of Nelson Spruce. They look good hooking up on the outside.

Defense
Stopping Sun Devils QB Mike Bercovici will be the task at hand. Keeping him off his game will be the first thing the D-line will have to do. Demario Richard and Kalen Ballage will operate the running game for the Sun Devils. Both are aggressive runners and look to inflict pain to would be tacklers. Many of the football gurus are saying that the running game will be the saving grace for ASU. I say, “Nope! The Buffs will show up in Tempe and play well!”

Prediction
This will be a very close game. I would say the Buffs by 7 points and will solidify this team as being one of the best teams in the Pac-12.
