UFC Fight Night: Holloway vs. Oliveira will air on August 23, 2015 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

MAX “BLESSED” HOLLOWAY (13-3-0) vs CHARLES “DO BRONX” OLIVEIRA (20-4-0, 1NC)
This is a five round main event in the featherweight division. In this fight are two fighters that are not that far away from each other on the leader board that are planning to place another victory under their belt with the possibility of receiving a title shot. Holloway brings kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and cardio to this fight that has helped him win thirteen out of his sixteen fights and even made him great on his feet and the ground. Oliveira brings jiu-jitsu and striking to this fight that has made him deadly in grappling fights and almost unstoppable whenever he pulls off a submission hold. With both fighters the fight seems that they are even in ground, but not so much on their feet as Holloway seems to be much better at striking and cardio, which will prove to be a great challenge for Oliveira and just might be what Holloway needs to put Oliveira away and move that much closer to receiving a title fight. However, Oliveira has amazing jiujitsu that has shown how aggressive he is and even won many of his fights by submission, and if he uses it to the best of his advantage he could really place Holloway in serious danger. My prediction: Holloway wins via knockout in Round 3.

#15 NEIL MAGNY (15-5-0) vs ERICK SILVA (18-5-0, 1NC)
This is a three round fight in the welterweight division. This fight contains two fighters that are at the bottom of the leader board that want to work their way up to be able to begin competing with the upper class fighters and make some big statements. Magny brings wresting and jiu-jitsu that have lead him to fifteen victories and shown that he can out last his opponents and even finish them in any way. Silva brings jiu-jitsu and judo to this fight, which has made him more of a significant grappler and possibly giving him a little of a slight edge in this fight. Both fights have a great set up for takedowns, but what will probably be the deciding factor in this fight is the ground game in which I believe Silva possesses a little more of ground game than Magny. Though Magny’s wrestling will surely be a great factor that Silva will have to find a way to get around or he will find himself on the ground and thus taking a huge beating.
My prediction: Silva wins via submission in Round 2.

PATRICK “THE PREDATOR” COTE (21-9-0) vs JOSH “THE PEOPLE”S WARRIOR” BURKMAN (28-12-0)
This is a three round fight in the welterweight division. In this fight are two fighters that want to make a statement and show the world why they should begin receiving upper level fights inside the octagon. Cote brings Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, judo, boxing and kickboxing that have given him many great styles of martial arts Burkman bring wrestling and striking to this fight giving him power on both his feet and the ground. Now both fighters have the ground and feet game, but Cote brings much more style to this fight, which makes it seem that he has the upper hand and that the fight will not even be close. Though Burkman has some pretty great wrestling that he could use to try and even the fight up and give Cote a run for his money, but in order to do so he will have to accomplish all the skills that Cote possess in order to stand a chance in this fight. My prediction: Cote wins via knockout in Round 1.
