Latin GRAMMY Winner and four-time GRAMMY nominee, Miguelito, has teamed up with PopCrush to premiere the lyric video for his newest single, “Suga Suga.” From child prodigy to teenage heartthrob, fifteen-year-old Miguelito emerges on the American music scene with this sweet new single, featuring Boyz II Men superstar and GRAMMY winner, Shawn Stockman.

“Suga Suga” (which is an energetic remake of The Archies 1969 timeless classic “Sugar Sugar”) made its highly anticipated worldwide debut exclusively via Sirius XM Satellite Radio. “I chose “Suga Suga” as my new single because my family and I would sing along to the original song when I was growing up. Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men and I have created this new upbeat version. I am super excited to be collaborating with him on this song,” commented Miguelito. Miguelito’s colorful version is sure to have everyone dancing to the contagious beat of the song, and it won’t be long until the catchy lyrics become the new teen pop anthem.
Miguelito burst onto the music scene in 2006. At six years old he released his first album titled Mas Grande Que Tu. His debut-album was so popular that he released a bonus version titled Mas Grande Que Tu: Limited Edition. In 2007, he released his second studio album titled El Heredero. With this album he became the youngest artist to receive a Latin GRAMMY for “Best Children’s Album,” and the accomplishment was certified in The Guinness Book of World Records. His recent accomplishments have not gone unrecognized either. In 2011 and 2013, Miguelito was featured on Billboard’s ‘21 Under 21.’ Other artists that shared the list were Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and One Direction.
Recognizing his amazing talent, urban music talent Daddy Yankee, invited him to go on tour and was his mentor during his early career. During his successful artistic career, the multi-talented artist has released seven studio albums and is currently working on his eighth production under the direction of his record label, BlastMusic. Renowned producer, Andrew Lane, whose main focus is to continue the growth of Miguelito’s popularity in the American market, is producing his upcoming album.
