TOOK THEM FOR A RIDE
Gregory Reddick, 54, of Jamaica Queens, N.Y., was arrested for wearing an ‘Authorized Ticket Agent’ jacket near the South Street Seaport, where he’d charged a couple $400 to ride the Staten Island Ferry; which is free. Reddick’s rap sheet includes six felony convictions.

HE’S THE ONE WHO GOT SCREWED
When an Oklahoma man, Preston Rhoads, 31, was told by a girlfriend she was pregnant, he tried to get a co-worker to help poison her with ricin. This got him sentenced to 20 years in prison, court costs, and a $10,000 fine. Good news is, this woman has since learned he was not the father.

PICKY, PICKY, PICKY
Baker Lake, Wash. – After Washington State Fish and Wildlife agents found a black bear passed out on the lawn of Baker Lake Resort, they didn’t have to wonder why. Around the animal were some 37 empty beer cans, ripped open with claws. Strangely, all empties except one were labeled Rainier beer. Apparently he didn’t care for the one can of Busch beer he’d opened?
