You can almost pencil in the win this week. You can call your bookie, get on a parlay board or place an easy bet at the office water cooler. Denver will win on Sunday. When you talk about how the Browns are playing, you really don’t worry about them scoring. Their defense is iffy and their special teams isn’t a threat to Grambling State! So let’s look at the keys to victory for the Broncos in Cleveland.

Broncos Offense
In order for the Broncos to become a dominant team they first have to establish the running game. They’ve tried plays with Peyton Manning under center but the O-line is patched up. They tried the Bulked Up formation with three tight ends and place guard Max Garcia in as an extra blocker to help the pass protect and the run game. The Broncos need to bounce the runners to the outside because running the ball behind the A and B gaps isn’t working. C. J. Anderson is an outside runner, use him to his strength! Establish the run because Peyton will get his attempts anyways.

Broncos Defense
DeMarcus Ware is out for Sunday’s game. Ware suffered a back injury in the second quarter of the Oakland game. After he walked off the field, he began running on the sideline and began stretching exercises but eventually was carted to the locker room. Sources says that he would be back before the Green Bay game. I wouldn’t worry too much. Ware needs a little rest. The defense has the number one overall defense in the league so his back up is very capable but not as dominate as Ware. It’s Shane Ray’s time to shine.

Prediction
Denver is a lock for 6-0! I believe the Browns will put up a fight early on but the Broncos defense is just too strong. Broncos 35 – Browns 10
