Colorado Buffaloes 1-0, 1st PAC-12 South
Idaho State Bengals 1-0, 1st Big Sky

I was not shocked at all with the win over in-state rivals Colorado State. As a fan it felt good seeing Sefo Liufau passing for 318 yards and becoming the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week. Not only did he put up big yards in the air. But he racked up 66 yards on the ground. “:It`s a great feeling,” Liufau said. “If anything, that`s just a testament to how well the offense played and how my guys around me played, as well.”
The key to victory will be the play of the offensive line. Sefo Liufau looked like he was playing in the NFL last week. The line kept him upright the whole game. Last year, the had 8 changes on the O-line which left him running for his life. He became CU`s all time leading passer with 7,715 yards and owns or shares 78 records at CU.
The defensive line will have their hands full … Literally! Justin Arias is the leader on offense. Justin is a senior with a very strong arm. He averaged right at 297 passing yards a game. The offense averaged 22.6 points a game. Now, your thinking that`s not much for a college team, but their defense gave up the average of 24 points per contest. So, the key is stopping Justin Arias. I can safely say that the Buffs defensive line has nothing to worry about. Just get the quarterback!
Prediction: I see the Buffs pulling this one off! Idaho State is a decent team but the Buffaloes is more physical, fast and stable across the board. I would give this one on a snack scale a 6. Taco Bueno has a #4 that consist of 2 party tacos, a bean burrito and a Sprite. Don`t forget to get the pico on the side!
